ARTICLE 1 : THE NO FINISH LINE BRUSSELS 2025
The No Finish Line Brussels is a sporting event based on a simple principle: walk or run a looped course, accessible 24 hours a day for 5 consecutive days. Thanks to donors, the organization is committed to donating €1 per kilometer run to support projects for disadvantaged or sick children, up to the limit of the funds collected from individuals and companies.
The first edition of the No Finish Line Brussels will be launched on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 10:00 am, at the Parc du Cinquantenaire, Brussels. The closing ceremony is scheduled for Sunday, April 20, 2025 at 2:00 pm, at the same venue.
ARTICLE 2 : REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
The No Finish Line Brussels 2025 is open to anyone, whether a licensee or not.
Registrations can be made via the website no_finish_line_brussels.be, in the Registration section.
Company registrations can also be made on the website no_finish_line_brussels.be, Registration section.
All online entries must be made before April 20, 2025 at 1:00 pm.
ARTICLE 3 : REGISTRATION FEES
3.01: PRIVATE CUSTOMERS
Anyone wishing to take part in the No Finish Line Brussels 2025 must pay the following entry fees:
In physics :
- Until 20/04/2025 at 1pm: €25 incl. VAT (of which €5 will be donated to the associations supported) for adults (aged 15 and over) and €15 incl. VAT (of which €5 will be donated to the associations supported) for children (aged up to 15).
The prices displayed on the Site are in euros, excluding the cost of managing the registration platform. These prices include VAT applicable on the day of Registration. The total amount due is indicated on the Registration confirmation page.
3.02: COMPANIES
Any company wishing to take part in the No Finish Line Brussels 2025 must register on the website no_finish_line_brussels.be, Registration section.
Application deadline: April 20, 2025.
ARTICLE 4 : CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION FOR THE NO FINISH LINE BRUSSELS 2025
Cancellation of an individual or group registration for the No Finish Line Brussels 2025 does not entitle the holder to any refund, for whatever reason.
All entries are binding and cannot be refunded or transferred for any reason whatsoever. Any person transferring his or her number to a third party will be held solely responsible in the event of an accident occurring or caused by the third party during the event, and the organization declines all responsibility in such cases.
ARTICLE 5 : SUPPORT
The No Finish Line Brussels 2025 is an incentive to participate in sporting activities, initiated within the framework of solidarity values. The organization's aim is to donate €1 per kilometer run to support Sport2Be, within the limit of donations collected from individuals and companies.
The organization is striving to reach, through participation, donations or sponsorships, an amount of 1€ per kilometer. The total amount of donations will be adjusted according to donor commitments and sponsorship pledges.
ARTICLE 6 : NO FINISH LINE BRUSSELS - EQUIPMENT
Compulsory equipment provided by the organization:

ARTICLE 7 : NO FINISH LINE BRUSSELS - TIMING BIBS
Each participant will be given a number with an integrated chip to estimate the distance covered.
The race number entitles you to access the various zones (refreshment, rest) and entertainment.
Numbers can be collected from the No Finish Line Brussels village at the "Secretariat" area.
If a participant wishes to stop and start again at another time (or on another day) during the event, he/she keeps his/her race number.
ARTICLE 8 : NO FINISH LINE BRUSSELS - DEPOSIT AREA
Each competitor brings his or her own bag (30-liter maximum) for personal belongings (change of clothes, toiletries, etc.). A label given to the runner must be stuck to the bag, and the bag must be dropped off at the "Espace Consignes" in the No Finish Line Brussels village. Bag collection takes place at the same place as bag drop-off.
Bags will be delivered until April 20, 2025 at 3pm. After this time, participants must collect their bags themselves, at their own expense, from the organizers in Namur (5000).
All bags must be collected from the organizers within 15 days of the end of the event. After this period, the contents of the bags will be donated to charity.
ARTICLE 9 : NO FINISH LINE BRUSSELS - SAFETY AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
A first-aid team will be present in the No Finish Line Brussels village during the 24h competition. The first-aid post is intended to provide assistance to any person in danger, using the organization's own or contracted resources.
Doctors or first-aiders are empowered to remove from the race any person unfit to continue. First-aiders are empowered to evacuate any person they deem to be in danger, by any means they see fit.
If necessary, and always in the interests of the person being rescued, the fire brigade/ambulance service will be called in. At this point, the operations management will deploy all appropriate means. The costs incurred by the use of these exceptional means will be borne by the rescued person, who must also ensure his or her return from the point where he or she was evacuated. He/she may then submit a claim to his/her personal accident insurance.
Any participant calling on the services of a doctor or first-aider submits to their authority and agrees to accept their decisions.
ARTICLE 10 : NO FINISH LINE BRUSSELS - DISQUALIFICATION
A member of the organization may disqualify a participant for any serious breach of the rules, in particular in the event of :
- Failure to follow instructions given by a member of the organization,
- Use of a means of transport,
- Failure to assist a participant in difficulty,
- Pollution or degradation of the sites by the competitor or a member of his/her entourage,
- Insults, rudeness or threats to any member of the organization or any volunteer,
- Refusal to be examined by an organization doctor at any time during the event.
ARTICLE 11 : NO FINISH LINE BRUSSELS - EVENT JURY
It consists of :
- From the organizer,
- The race director,
- The safety coordinator,
- The head of the medical team,
- As well as any competent person at the discretion of the President of the Organizing Committee. The jury is empowered to rule on any disputes or disqualifications arising during the event, within a time limit compatible with the imperatives of the race. All decisions are final.
ARTICLE 12 : NO FINISH LINE BRUSSELS - COURSE MODIFICATIONS / EVENT CANCELLATION
The organization reserves the right to modify the course at any time, without prior notice.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, and for safety reasons, the organizers reserve the right to cancel and/or stop the race in progress, or to modify the event schedule.
Cancellation, postponement or modification of the race does not entitle the participant to a refund.
All decisions will be taken by a jury made up of the person in charge of the race, the organizer and the coordinator responsible for safety, as well as any other competent person at the discretion of the President of the Organizing Committee.
ARTICLE 13 : INSURANCE
S&TP does not provide bodily injury insurance for participants, so it is the responsibility of each participant to take out their own personal insurance.
Each participant must be in possession of bodily injury insurance.
Sport&Tourism Promotion cannot be held responsible for any accident suffered by the participant to himself or herself, nor for any accident caused by the participant to a third party.
ARTICLE 14 : RANKINGS AND AWARDS
The following participants will be rewarded at the end of the event:
- The first three women to cover the most km individually
- The first three men to cover the most km individually
- The top three companies with the most kilometers driven and who finance their kilometers
- The top three clubs
- The first three schools
- First woman and first man in each category
- Category > 76 years
- Category 66-75 years
- Category 56-65 years
- Category 46-55 years
- Category 36-45 years
- SENIORS < 35 years
- HOPEFULS: 2002-2004
- JUNIORS : 2005-2006
- CADETS : 2007-2008
- MINIMES : 2009-2010
- YOUNGEST: 2011-2012
- PUPILS: 2013-2014
ARTICLE 15 : INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND CIVIL LIBERTIES
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of May 25, 2018 and the Belgian law of July 30, 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, participants have the right to access and rectify their personal data. This right can be exercised with the organizer.
ARTICLE 16 : IMAGE RIGHTS
Participants expressly authorize the organizers of the No Finish Line Brussels, as well as their assignees such as partners and media, to use still or audiovisual images in which they may appear, taken on the occasion of their participation in the No Finish Line Brussels 2025 on all media (including promotional documents and / or advertising), worldwide and for the longest period provided by law, regulations, treaties in force, including any extensions that may be made to this period.
ARTICLE 17 : ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in the No Finish Line Brussels 2025 implies unreserved acceptance of the present regulations published by the organization.
ARTICLE 18 : PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
18.1 Sport&Tourism Promotion respects the privacy and data of its Customers. It undertakes to ensure that the information collected is processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
When using the Site, Users are likely to communicate a certain amount of personal data about themselves (surname, first name, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.).
The personal data communicated is notably necessary for access to registration forms, their validation and payment, for the management and follow-up of registrations by Sport&Tourism Promotion and to respond to Customer requests as well as to facilitate their identification and navigation on the site and for statistical purposes. Data may also be used for prospecting purposes.
Access to personal data is strictly limited to Sport&Tourism Promotion personnel authorized to process such data by virtue of their position.
The customer is hereby informed that Sport&Tourism Promotion may be required to pass on personal data in the event of a legal or judicial obligation to do so.
The data collected when registering for an Event is kept until it is deleted, which is left to the Customer's initiative unless :
- a longer retention period is authorized or required by law or regulation;
- the Customer has exercised one of his legal rights under the conditions set out below.
In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, customers have the right to access, rectify, port and delete their data, or to limit its processing. They may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of data concerning them.
Customers may request that personal data which is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or out of date be rectified, completed, clarified, updated or deleted. The customer's personal data will also be deleted if he expressly withdraws his consent to the collection and processing of his personal data, subject to Sport&Tourism Promotion's legal obligations.
Customers may also, under their right to portability, retrieve their personal data for their own use, or request that it be transferred to a third party, if technically feasible. Customers may also object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of data concerning them, and request that data processing be restricted.
To exercise these rights, the Customer must send a written request to Sport&Tourism Promotion, indicating his/her first and last name. Sport&Tourism Promotion may ask the Customer to prove his/her identity by enclosing any necessary documents, in particular a copy of his/her identity card or passport.
Customers also have the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Data Protection Authority.
Sport&Tourism Promotion will do everything in its power to process requests for personal data as quickly as possible.
In the event of a security breach or loss of personal data relating to Customers, Sport&Tourism Promotion will inform them by e-mail in accordance with the applicable legal conditions. It will take all necessary measures, within the limits of its human, material and financial resources, to remedy the breach and ensure data security.
18.2 Data may also be collected via cookies.
Each time the User visits the Site, Sport&Tourism Promotion collects information relating to the User's connection and browsing.
Cookies are an automatic tracking process that records information relating to browsing on the Site, and stores information entered during visits to the Site in order to facilitate the registration procedure and use of the Site.
The User may object to their installation and/or delete them by following the procedure indicated on his/her browser.
A cookie is valid for a maximum of thirteen (13) months. It is deposited and stored on the User's terminal in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and subject to the User's expressed choices, which may be modified at any time.
Cookies have several functions, such as facilitating use of the Site, remembering the User's choices and the goods and services they wish to purchase, and offering the User relevant advertising content.
Sport&Tourism Promotion obtains the User's express consent to the use of cookies.
The cookies placed by Sport&Tourism Promotion give it access to information that enables it to compile User browsing statistics.
ARTICLE 19 : AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time.
