Practical information

Lockers & Cloakrooms

A free cloakroom will be available in the event village. You can leave a closed bag there and collect it after your race upon presentation of your cloakroom ticket. This area is accessible 24 hours a day.

Please note that only small and medium-sized bags will be accepted. Suitcases or bulky items cannot be stored. If your belongings are not collected within 15 days of the event, they will be donated to charities.

Changing rooms will also be available near the course so you can change before or after your race. As space is limited, we advise you to bring only the essentials. We also recommend that you do not leave any valuables behind.

Entertainment

Throughout the 5-day event, the organizers will be offering a wide range of entertainment for young and old, to ensure that everyone enjoys a convivial and festive experience.

Grab your water bottle/cup!

In the interests of the environment and to reduce the use of plastic, we encourage you to bring your own water bottle or reusable cup. Water points will be available for you to hydrate easily during the event.

However, if you don't have one or have forgotten it, Trakks reusable cups will be available on site. Donations generated by the sale of these cups will be donated to the association supported by the event.

Collection of bib numbers

To collect your race number, please go to the “Secretariat” stand on your 1st visit to the event, and bring your ID with you.

On-site registration is possible throughout the event, open from 7am to 8pm.

You will be issued with a single race number, valid for the entire event. It will give you access to the village and the course over the 4 days.
